All the properties are on the same tree lined avenue at Torrenueva which well established and not the building site that Riviera del Sol and parts of La Cala are. Torrenueva is situated right in front of the beach with direct access by underpass

Mijas Costa with 6 miles of some of Spain’s best beaches running from Fuengirola towards Marbella at the heart of the Costa del Sol. The perfect safe holiday spot for sun worshippers and golfers alike being well away from hustle and bustle of the main resorts. Its a residential area with superb sensibly priced restaurants and the sort of good nightlife that families enjoy so much and teenage rowdies hate.
We are 33kms (25miles) from Malaga Airport with transpot provided, 16kms (10 miles) from Marbella10kms (miles) from Fuengirola and an easy 80kms (50 miles) to Tax Free Gibraltar and a world away from the package holiday resorts
The local village La Cala, is just a stroll away with La Cala Golf and Mijas Golf a little inland. Right on the doorstep is a really nice selectio of restaurants and beach bars with a small supermarket and blue flag beach thrown in for good measure
