Situated near to the beautiful town of Moraira, this lovely three-bedroom villa (all rooms are twins) has a large private swimming pool and terrace with awesome mountain and sea views, BBQ area and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, gas/electric hob, electric oven with timer and separate tap with filtered water for drinking, and new for 2006 is the re-furbished en-suite bathroom.
The private plot is secure and not overlooked with a wall enclosing, the pool, sun terraces and BBQ area. There is an East facing terrace and West facing conservatory. The pool is 8m x 4m and 1.2m-2m deep with corner steps.
The villa has air con and heating and the pool can be heated these options are available on request. All rooms have ceiling fans and the villa boasts Astra satellite and local TV, CD, video, DVD, radio and plenty of sun loungers and outdoor dining chairs & table, making it the ideal holiday retreat.
Three bedrooms (one ensuite) and a family bathroom. There is also a pool bathroom with a washing machine.
The lounge also has a wood burning fire making the villa lovely and cosy in the winter time.
It’s five minutes drive from the unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of Moraira and only an hour’s drive from Alicante airport. There are several bars, a restaurant, shops and a supermarket all just five minutes walk from the front door.
A patisserie that serves the most delicious cakes and an English bar that makes a full English breakfast to satisfy the largest of appetites. There is also a bar and restaurant close by called “Funsi” with pool tables, darts and food. You could happily stay in the local area without wanting to stray far but for those that do taxi's are a five minute walk away.
For the young and not-so-young there is a fantastic Go-Karting circuit that's great fun and is only a 5 minute drive from the villa. Several large resorts nearby include Calpe, Javea and Denia – from which you can take a boat to the islands of Ibiza and Mallorca. Benidorm is only 30 minutes away where you can visit Terra Mitica Adventure Park, Mundomar Animal Kingdom and Aqualandia Water Park.
Moraira itself has a picturesque marina along with many bars, restaurants and a fine selection of interesting shops and a beautiful beach. There is a large market on Fridays and various street stalls everyday during high season and for those more sporting a selection of very fine golf courses are within easy reach.
